The Success of Women Depends on the Ability to Unlearn from Ebony Nicole Brown

I've been honored to speak at the Women in Agile event held in Chicago twice now. For this presentation, I chose a topic that I wish I had known when I was starting out my career. As a female who wanted to be the best at my job, I sometimes felt threatened by other women when I first started out in my career. I mean, there couldn't be more than one woman at the top, right? WRONG! There's enough for all of us. This presentation goes through a few of the myths women hold and what we need to think about in order to get rid of them.
